CW Coffee Team Volunteer Sign Up

Team Overview:

CRSWLK Coffee loves our guests well by encouraging and creating space for community using handcrafted coffee as the medium.

Roles:
Lead Barista:
Oversees and leads the coffee team. Responsible for dialing in espresso and drip coffee for the day of service.

Barista:
Prepares espresso-based drinks under the guidance of the Lead Barista.

Espresso Service:
Ensure guests feel welcome and understand the espresso menu. Take coffee orders and assist baristas as needed.

Coffee & Donuts Service:
Oversees service of donuts and drip coffee. Prepares drip coffee and keeps station fully stocked.

Drink Prep:
Assists baristas with drink prep and ensures the espresso bar is fully stocked at all times.

Requirements:
- Arrive on time.
- Attend the coffee team huddle.
- Attend coffee training events.
- Must have previous experience to serve as a barista.
- Assist with set up and clean for the coffee team areas.
- Wear the provided volunteer t-shirt at all times. Part of creating a comfortable environment is being easily recognizable to our guests.
- Check in with lead barista upon arrival and check out prior to departure

Training:
Training required for all coffee team positions.
